Personal training in Los Angeles can be a confusing set of choices, but I'm here to help. As a Health and Fitness Expert, Motivational Speaker and Fitness Model for 18 years, I understand the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

Though I've devoted my life to helping people of all ages pursue healthier lifestyles, my expertise is working with women in Los Angeles over 35. It's at this stage in a woman's life that both internal and external factors can take a toll on the body. We all want to stay firm and young looking, but as we get older, we have to train smarter to look that way. Thankfully, with proper exercise and nutrition, getting older doesn't have to be so bad.


Fitness Training:

My fitness programs are specifically designed to enhance strength, energy and increase muscle tone while decreasing body fat and reducing stress. As I said, I specialize in working with women over 35 and baby boomers. After all…I AM one! Not only do I keep my clients motivated and excited about training, but I give nutritional advice you can live with and being a gourmet chef, I can reengineer your recipes to make them healthier and more nutritious, and keep them tasting great!

All of my clients receive a one-on-one session where I evaluate their current exercise and nutrition habits and discuss how to make healthier choices. My fitness sessions encompass cardiovascular work, weight training, stretching, core work and nutritional guidance. Each fitness session is tailor-made to my client's physical abilities, nutritional needs and fitness level.
