was a fitness trainer, I played sports and worked out. A lot. I have been an athlete
all my life and know how hard it is to be able to do all the things I did when
I was in my 20's, not to mention look and feel like I did then. | When
a woman reaches her mid-30's perimenopause sets in. This is the phase before menopause
actually takes place-when your hormones start acting a little wacky. |
